AimEnglish is looking for English teachers as part of its development. The teacher works with the AimEnglish pedagogical manager. He or she teaches English, participates in the updating of the programmes and the different syllabuses, in the evaluation of the learners' progress and in the continuous progress approach. The evaluation of courses and syllabuses to improve our practices is a priority for AimEnglish.
AimEnglish also works with qualified professional partners who are able to deliver English language training in accordance with AimEnglish processes, methodology and quality standards. AimEnglish also opens up the possibility of partnering with qualified independent teachers.

Profile
University degree. At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally including international experience. Good command of written and spoken French. Proven ability to design a programme, conduct a needs analysis, create a detailed training plan. Ability to supervise the work of learners individually or in groups and implement task-based learning. Ability to use a wide range of teaching techniques, activities and materials. Good use of CECR descriptors to describe and assess learners' skills. Ability to commit with flexibility and rigour. Interpersonal and pedagogical qualities. Ability to organise and carry out operational tasks in an efficient manner in accordance with applicable deadlines, processes and quality documents.
